2. Refunds will not be issued for any classes missed due to black rain storm signal or typhoon signal 8. No substitute classes will be arranged.
3. For classes missed due to other severe storm signals excluding black rain storm signal and typhoon signal 8, substitute classes will be arranged.  If in the case, substitute classes cannot be arranged, a refund will be issued at the end of the course.
